The Amazing Arthur Fratelli: Master of Finding Balance in Corporate Keynote Speaking
Finding balance is my specialty, both in my performances and in my approach to life. I put on clean, classy, high-energy presentations that not only entertain audiences, but also teach valuable lessons about wellness and how to achieve balance in all aspects of life.
Balance is not something you find, it's something you create.
"The key to a balanced life is finding a balance between work and play, not just in terms of time, but in terms of energy and focus as well." - Dr. Travis Bradberry, author of Emotional Intelligence 2.0
"Balance is not better time management, but better boundary management." - Betsy Jacobson
One of my unique approach to teaching balance is rooted in the idea of "showing, not telling." I literally demonstrate how to find balance by balancing a lollipop, spoon, and golf ball on a golf tee while I explain what's happening in the brain when we learn a new skill.
I capture the audiences attention by performing this task and explain how learning a new skill builds up a motor in the back of the brain. This helps to silence the inner-critic and allows us to focus on the task at hand, which is key to finding balance.
According to Dr. John J. Ratey, a clinical professor of psychiatry at Harvard Medical School, "learning a new skill, no matter how small, requires focus, concentration, and repetition—all of which activate the brain and help strengthen neural connections."
By incorporating this approach into my performances, I not only entertain audiences, but also help them learn valuable life skills that can be applied to finding balance in their own lives.
If you're looking for a keynote speaker, hypnotist, mentalist, or magician who can entertain and educate, look no further than me, The Amazing Arthur Fratelli.
